Client Testimonials

"Following back surgery it was suggested that I kept my back subtle and developed my core muscles through Pilates. I began Lenka's classes and my back has been fantastic along with other benefits of better posture and well - being. I also really enjoy her classes feeling better in mind as well."

"Eighteen months ago, a ten minute walk to the shops was becoming an uncomfortable chore.  Last week, I completed the second ten mile stage of the Thames footpath - a feat I would have been unable to contemplate before undertaking Pilates lessons with such a professionally minded and accomplished teacher as Lenka.
She has focused on the areas that were causing me the most difficulty with my mobility and encouraged me to practice a variety of exercises that have enabled me to become more flexible. My posture has improved, my whole sense of well-being is enhanced and I feel a great deal more self confident. Lenka has truly been an inspiration."

"My husband Dennis and I started coming to Pilates with Lenka when it was suggested to my husband that it would be good for his back. That was 4 or 5 courses ago and we both enjoy and get a lot of benefit from it. Lenka is a very proficient teacher who is patient and caring with her pupils and also a lot of fun. She gets 10 out of 10 from both of us!"

"Your classes are so well planned, you are disciplined and give us all the attention we need to work in a more focused way to achieve improvements to our body shape so that we feel both fitter, firmer and energized. I come away with a more positive sense of well being and notice the difference in myself if I cannot make it to a class. Thank you for your personal approach and understanding"

Kate, Stoke Mandeville

Lenka is clearly an experienced and very approchable teacher. She is understanding and has a very genial way of teaching. But one of her best strengths is the way she explains what is required in each of the movements, she helps you understand the moves to gain the most out of them and their benefits. If you wish to learn pilates I doubt you would find a better teacher.
