Pilates Classes in Charndon Village Hall (Bicester Region)

Lenka´s Charndon classes have been running in now since late 2009.  Monday classes are scheduled to give you time to get home from work and make your way towards Charndon.  Located a few miles east of Bicester, Charndon village hall is just a 20 minutes drive from Bicester town centre.  The hall benefits from off road parking and modern facilites with open, quiet surroundings.

Class Times

Mondays 6:30pm - 7:30pm
  7:45pm - 8:45pm
Thursdays 10:00am - 11:00am
Classes cost £5.00
First trial class £4.00

 

Please note: Charndon Classes on Thursday 10:00am may resume in early 2012 to register your interest please contact me.

Book a Class

Trial classes and regular classes need to be booked in advance as numbers are limited to a maximun of 12 people per class.  Please use the contact form to reserve your place or request more information.

If you need to borrow a mat for you trial class, we have plenty to hand.

Payment

Unlike other fitness regimes, Pilates needs to be taught as a course and treated more as something you are studying for yourself than as just an "exercise class". The course usually runs in 6 week blocks and must be paid in full at the trial lesson or at the first class either by cash or cheque made payable to "Lenka Scotton". If you are unable to attend a class an alternative session may be offered, space permiting. Contact me in advance to find out.
