Little Kimble Tuesdays

24th January - 13th March (NO CLASS 6th March) (7 weeks in total)

I've secured a small amount of stock - mats are available in blue or black, I have blocks in different densities and thicknesses plus the latest illustrated Pilates Bible book.  All at discounted prices for class attendies.  Please click here for more information.  

    

Charndon classes suspended

Unfortunately due to personal comittments I am unable to teach the Thursday morning classes at Charndon at the moment.  I may be re-starting them in early 2012.  Please feel free to contact me for places on any other classes on other dates and I'll do my best to allocate you a space. 

 

7th April 2011 - The big news!

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for thinking of me over the past few days.

Our son Alexander has arrived!  He was born on Thursday 7th April at 10.08am.  Not as big as Tereza, "only" 8lb 12oz/ almost 4kg  : )  We are all well, enjoying the sunshine and time together. 

I am still planning to re-start classes from the week commencing 9th May, I will confirm this in about 2 weeks time, so please check back for an update.

I hope you keep practising Pilates, whilst I am enjoying my break at home. I have already started doing some exercises, gentle stretching and pelvic floor work too.

Recovering after birth fairly quickly, even after a reasonable big baby to my size. Pilates has paid off again - no tears, no stitches, no pain relief; breathing helped to manage each contraction and being able to stay in control over my entire body and mind was overall one big advantage...

I hope you are all well and look forward to seeing you soon.

Members Newsletter System

I have added a newsletter system to my website for all my clients to use, unlike many newsletters systems this won't be used to bombard you with useless emails and I certainly won't pass your details on to any third parties.  Instead, the newsletters will be used to relay important information to you regarding changes to classes, including any new classes or and changes to the class schedules.  For example, in the rare event a class needs to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions or if I am ill, I will use the newsletter system to contact you.
